Customer Care Program
Megatel Homes offers the 1-12 Customer Care Program for taking care of all of your concerns and providing you with the best quality assurance program. This program will offer you unsurpassed customer care.
We will contact you to set up an appointment according to the following:
• After 1 month of your closing date
• After 12 months of your closing date
During every follow-up appointment, a Customer Care Representative will go over all of the items that need to be repaired.
Please refer to the Warranty Sample Book to obtain a list of the items that are included in this program.
In order to implement the 1-12 Customer Care Program in the most efficient way, please make a detailed description of every concern on the Warranty Service Request form.
