The Home Warranty Department is here to respond to all of your needs and to insure that the quality of your home buying experience is maintained, even after closing.

We recognize that it's not only how you begin a relationship with a customer that is important, but how you finish it.

Emergency Service

Non-Emergency Service
As previously explained in the Customer Care Program section, Megatel Homes, Inc. offers the 1-12 Customer Care Program for your new home. We will contact you to schedule a walk through to go over every item on your list after 1 month and 12 months of your closing on the home.

In order to implement the 1-12 Customer Care Program in the most efficient way, please make a detailed description of every concern on the Warranty Service Request form.
