Megatel Homes Welcomes Realtors!

Licensed Realtors are invited to sign-up to receive more information about Megatel Homes' Realtor Program and specials. 

To insure proper recognition and providing the best service, realtors must be present at their client’s first visit to each community, and must complete a Guest Registration card. In the event that the same client is registered by multiple realtors or multiple communities, only the first registration will be honored.

Guest registration cards are valid for a period of 45 days. All realtor/client relationships must be re-registered upon expiration, or the registration cards will become invalid.

Please check with our Sales Representatives for the commission structure. Compensation will be paid to the representing broker at the time the of final closing and funding of the transaction.
