Venetian

About Venetian

Venetian by Megatel Homes is a new home community in Celina, Texas, in the highly regarded McKinney ISD. Families are served by schools including Frazier Elementary, Scott Johnson Middle School and McKinney North High School. Inside, modern floor plans offer open-concept living, stylish kitchens and room to grow. Celina is one of North Texas’s fastest-growing cities, with small-town pride and historic charm. Spend Friday nights at the monthly Friday Night Market on the historic Downtown Square, and stay for traditions like Celina Cajun Fest and Christmas on the Square. Grab a slice of pie at Lucy’s on the Square or a cold pint at Rollertown Beerworks. Historic downtown McKinney is a short drive away, and Dallas is within reach. Lagoon Living Is Making Waves in Celina Venetian is being built around something Celina has never seen: a resort-style lagoon designed to make every day feel like a getaway. Picture cooling off at the swim-up bar on a summer afternoon, catching a wave on the surf simulator or settling into a waterside cabana with the whole crew. When the sun goes down, the fun moves indoors with a bowling alley, an arcade and a fitness center, all part of the plan for this one-of-a-kind community. Lagoon life is coming to McKinney ISD, and the homeowners who get in early will have the best seats in the house.
