A lagoon community is a master-planned neighborhood built around this stunning lagoon. These communities offer resort-style experience with water activities, a swim-up bar, and much more!

The lagoon will be open during the warmer months, with off-season maintenance and occasional off-season events. Opening dates may vary by location, but most lagoons operate from spring through fall.

Homeowners in each community will receive access to the lagoon and amenities through their HOA membership. Guests and non-homeowners will gain access to the lagoon and amenities through a day pass.
