A lagoon community is a master-planned cxommunity with 2,000+ lots anchored by a 2-3 acre body of water. These communities offer a resort-style experience with a sandy beach, a swim-up bar, and much more!

Typically, the lagoon is open during the warmer months, with off-season maintenance and occasional off-season events. Opening dates may vary by location. As a homeowner, you also have access to all Megatel master-planned communities and their exclusive amenities.

Homeowners in each community will receive access to the lagoon and amenities through their HOA membership. Guests and non-homeowners will gain access to the lagoon and amenities through tiered day passes.

Amenities vary by location but may include a swimmable lagoon, sandy beach and cabanas, swim-up bar, waterpark and slides, surf simulator, bowling alley, fitness gym, restaurant and bar, arcade, indoor park, miniature golf course, inflatable obstacle courses, food delivery service, and pickleball court.

Yes, many of our communities offer private spaces that can be reserved through the front desk concierge. This is ideal for birthdays, celebrations, or community gatherings.

Yes. Properties in amenity-rich communities often retain value well and attract premium rental rates due to their desirable location and features.
