$12,000 UPFRONT TERMS: The $12,000 is an optional, unsecured, interest-free loan offered by MegPrime, subject to eligibility, MegPrime's approval, and execution of a separate written loan agreement signed by both parties. MegPrime reserves the right to approve or deny any loan application, subject to applicable law. Loan proceeds may be used for any purpose and are not contingent upon enrollment in MegPrime Pay BillPay. The loan is repayable over 24 months in monthly installments of $500, subject to the executed loan agreement. This offer does not constitute a commitment to lend. No loan is approved or guaranteed unless and until MegPrime issues written approval and both parties execute the applicable loan agreement. Prior to approval and execution, the offer is subject to change or withdrawal at any time without notice, subject to applicable law. UP TO $700/MO REWARDS: Eligible buyers may separately elect to enroll in MegPrime Pay BillPay to receive up to $700 per month in rewards, consisting of up to $500 per month for qualifying mortgage payments and up to $200 per month for qualifying automobile payments, for up to 24 months, subject to applicable program terms and eligibility requirements. Eligibility requires making the applicable monthly mortgage and/or automobile payments through MegPrime Pay BillPay. MegPrime may request documentation or other proof of qualifying payments at any time to verify eligibility. Rewards are subject to verification and are paid in MPP Token, a digital asset whose value may fluctuate relative to the U.S. dollar. BillPay enrollment is not required to obtain the $12,000 loan. If a buyer obtains the loan and defaults on repayment obligations, MegPrime may suspend or terminate the buyer's eligibility for BillPay rewards, subject to applicable agreements and law.
